To access Telephone Banking, you will need your account number and your Telephone Banking PIN (or Social Security Number if you have never used Telephone Banking).
Initially, you will only be able to use Telephone Banking in "inquiry mode." This means you can inquire about transactions, but not conduct transactions, such as transferring money.
To verify your identity and protect your accounts, you must visit a Glass City branch to sign up for full access to your account through Telephone Banking. This is required for your protection! After you sign up for full access at a branch, we will enable you to perform transactions.
