Glass City's Green Tip of the Month
Do you have stubborn mildew you need to rid of? Check out these simple tips:
To clean mildew you'll need:
- Distilled white vinegar
- An empty spray bottle
- Baking Soda
- A sponge
The vinegar will kill mildew, germs and bacteria, and what's more it's affordable! The vinegar also rids of that nasty mildew odor.
The use of baking soda and the sponge will help remove the stains that mildew often leaves behind.
Avoid using chlorine bleach or any other chemical based mildew cleaner, as it is not healthy to breathe in.
