If you upgraded your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad to iOS 5.0 AND had our mobile banking app already installed prior to the upgrade, launch the App Store on your device and you should be notified that our mobile banking app has an update. Install this update to your device so that you are using the most-recent version of the app – version 1.0.4 – as this is the only version that will work on iOS 5.0. Before you can use the updated mobile banking app on your device, you will first have to unregister your existing registration by clicking the orange ‘Unregister’ button on the Mobile Banking page in Home Banking and re-register your device.
