Stay in the know with your Glass City accounts by signing up for Mobile Alerts! You can receive timely text messages and/or emails informing you of account activity with many options for alerts, such as low account balance or when transactions are made! Alerts give you the opportunity to conveniently check on the status of your account and reduce the possibility of fraud. You can sign up for alerts for your Glass City Debit Card through your home banking account page. You can sign up for alerts for your Glass City Visa Credit Card through your online Credit Card account at EZcardinfo.com!
How to Sign up for Debit Card Alerts
1. Log in to your home banking account here.
2. Click on the green tab that says "Alerts" at the top of the page.
3. You can select which alerts you would like to receive from this page by clicking on the green check mark next to the alert you would to receive.
-For example: If you would like to receive an alert text when your account is below $100, you can click on the green check mark next to the "Below $100" option and under the word text.
4. Once you have selected the check mark you can select which accounts you would like to receive alerts for and whether you would like daily, weekly, or monthly summaries.
5. Click "save" at the bottom when you have finished selecting your options.
6. You have now signed up for Alerts!

Your use of the Mobile Alerts Service ("Service") constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms, and modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree that we may send you text messages through your wireless provider. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider.
You understand that balances provided may not include recent or pending transactions that have not yet posted to your account and that other restrictions may apply. See your account agreement for more information.
Notify us immediately of any changes to your registered Device. In case of unauthorized access to your Device or Service, you agree to cancel enrollment associated with the Device immediately.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.
You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of, any information sent through the Service; any errors in such information; any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service; or any disclosure of account information to third parties resulting from your use of the service. We will not be liable to you for special, indirect or consequential damages.
